Becker Orthopedic is a leading biomedical device manufacturer for the orthotics industry. We are currently seeking Entry Level trainees to assist our skilled technicians in the fabrication of orthotic devices at our custom device manufacturing facility in Troy, Michigan. The trainee will learn the required skills on the job and will be incrementally transitioned to independent working.

This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, communication skills, and attention to detail. Individuals who enjoy working with their hands to fabricate unique devices are invited to apply.

The successful candidate will be reliable and detail oriented with strong organization and communication skills. The desire and ability to contribute to a growing, CQI oriented production team are required.
